After 4 years as a professional footballer on the books of Manchester United, playing for the reserves, once qualified I began my career in the Personal Training Industry in 2005. This was a natural progression for me because for four years, my time was spent learning how to eat and train correctly to maximise performance.

Having suffered from a serious knee injury in 2002 I was forced to give up my sporting passion, horse riding. I also stopped all other forms of impact sports that I was participating in.
